This is a cake I thoroughly enjoyed making for a lovely customer called Anne, who now lives in Australia. I was asked to make this Maisy Mouse Cake for her little daughter who was turning 2. I had been looking forward to making a Maisy cake for a long time as the colours and simplicity of this cake make it so eye catching.
